Yes, established artists and "regular" people alike broke sneaker bread ("sneaker bread?") that day to apply graffiti art to the blank canvas (quite literally canvas) of sneakers. Go down to Hip Hop USA at 343 Lafayette St. I think they're having sneaker battles every Saturday. Go! See! It's a nice way to spend a weekend so why don't you?
